Led by agronomist Fatima Ismael, the Soppexcca cooperative has become a model of transparency, sustainability, and gender equality. Today, 40% of its members are women, with over 220 producing Las Hermanas coffee. Their success has empowered them as high-quality producers and economic leaders, granting access to micro-finance loans to invest in their farms and families. Soppexcca is also one of our first suppliers to earn Regenerative Organic Certification, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and small producer livelihoods.
