What dialed is
dialed is a discovery and comparison service for coffee equipment. We surface product information, titles, prices, specifications, availability and rating data, from independent merchants' stores via Shopify's Global Catalog. We are not a party to any purchase.
Purchases happen with merchants
When you click a buy link, you leave dialed and transact directly with the merchant under their terms, prices, shipping and return policies. Any dispute about an order, delivery, refunds, warranty, product condition, is between you and that merchant.
Accuracy of information
Prices, stock and specifications come from merchant listings and are cached briefly; they can change or contain merchant errors. The price at the merchant's checkout is authoritative. Editorial content (verdicts, guides) reflects our opinion, offered in good faith without warranty.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service at abusive rates, misrepresent your affiliation with dialed, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, dialed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from transactions with merchants.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of dialed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
