We have wanted to offer a single origin bean from Mexico for some time now. After testing several beans from various farms we have settled on Mexico Chiapas. We selected Chiapas due to a combination of the quality of the bean and the consistent availability. We roast the Chiapas bean to a medium/dark. Settling in the middle of a medium roast and dark roast allows Chiapas to be enjoyed by all coffee lovers. Expected flavor profile is Milk Chocolate, Stone Fruit, Nougat and Roasted Nuts. This is a fabulous, can't miss everyday coffee.
