This amount was transferred directly to their bank accounts. FACTS: This Coffee was "Sugar Cane Processed" using fermented sugar cane molasses to assist with the decaffeination process. The coffee is steamed, which opens the pores, and allows for the extraction of the caffeine molecules. Sugar cane is widely available in Colombia, making it an ideal option for in-country decaffeination.
