Coffee has been grown in Colombia since at least 1732-Bucaramanga is one of the growing regions in the state of Santandar and is located in the northern part of Colombia. We use Excelso sized beans 15/16 screen. The decaffeination is done in Bremen Germany and this process tends to mute taste profiles. Luckily Colombian coffee has a well balanced acidity and body still afterwards. We roast it light to medium.
