Ethiopian Sidamo is consistently well-balanced, with light floral and blueberry notes. The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is well known for both wet-processed, or washed, and dry-processed coffee. We roast ours slightly lighter than some of the other African coffees. We've discovered that this highlights the positive nuances of flavor and body.
