Since 2012, owner Ismael Hassen Aredo has overseen careful, sustainable farming practices, including shade-grown cultivation, natural composting, and meticulous processing of both Natural and Washed lots. With a team of 25 full-time staff and 300 seasonal workers, the farm supports its community through fair wages, transportation, and investments in local schools and infrastructure.
