Juan Peña has built an immensely impressive name for himself with the standout production from his farm, Hacienda La Papaya. He has been at the forefront of high-end specialty production in Ecuador since 2010. Yacuri is a new farm that Juan has established - further south, where the Andes meet the Amazon.
