This coffee comes from Radar Farm located in Cầu Đất, inside the Lâm Đồng province of Việt Nam, where Anh Dũng has been cultivating and developing a unique Arabica Hybrid, THA1, blending the genetics of a floral Ethiopian heirloom with the hardiness and pest-resistance qualities of a Catimor, often found in Vietnamese coffee farms. Anh Dũng uses a slow anaerobic natural fermentation with salt to process this special coffee that unlocks tea-like aromatics, fruity undertones, and a syrupy mouthfeel. Châu Coffee is very excited to share this special coffee to showcase Vietnam's innovation in coffee bioengineering, cultivation and processing methods.
