It jumped off the cupping table and we immediately knew we needed it at Roadmap. La Piragua is incredibly complex and fruit-forward. Berry, cherry, kiwi - name the fruit and you may be able to pick it out. The farm is run by the Vargas family, expert growers who employ a range of processing methods - washed, natural, and anaerobic. La Piragua also serves as a wet mill for other nearby coffee growers.
