Tasting Notes: Berry, Caramel, Papaya Grown in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range that spans three Brazilian states, this single origin batch is as complex as the region it comes from. It is a very easy-drinking coffee with a floral aroma, creamy texture, and a high acidity reminiscent of fresh citrus. The Serra da Mantiqueira is part of the Atlantic Forest ecosystem, one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet and often considered the “green lung” for its range of plant life. Mantiqueira de Minas produces coffee of the highest quality, and its growers are dedicated to the socio-environmental sustainability of the region.
