Columbia Supremo has a medium body with a medium brightness that creates a balanced coffee. We roast this coffee past first crack to preserve the some of the complexity of the flavors in this bean. Flavor notes are solid, including Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla, and Roasted Almond. We have spent some time on this bean reworking the roast. We are taking this one a little further into the roast than previously to get a better cup.
