This is our French Roast. Darker than House Blend and Signature Blend, but not quite an Espresso. We use our Fluid Bed roaster for this coffee for the same reasons as our Espresso Roast. It keeps burning chaff off the coffee, and prevents the beans from “tipping” or getting burnt against the hot metal walls of a traditional roaster. You will find our French Roast is very smooth. We are able to keep a clean finish and minimize the natural bitterness with our roaster. We select beans that have naturally high acidity, which is one of the first features to be burned off at higher roast temperatures. Single Serve Coffee. These are K2 compatible. Choose either 12-count or 100-count. Our coffee is 100% Arabica, roasted fresh daily.
