Peru Decaf is a medium roast coffee from the high-altitude regions of Piura and Amazonas, grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino. This blend features Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties cultivated between 1100–1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil. The beans are gully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve their natural character. Expect a smooth cup with notes of caramel and citrus—all the flavor, none of the caffeine.
The catalog often lists the same model at several merchants — worth a price check before you buy.
