This translates directly to brew temperature: a lower setting for delicate light roasts, a higher setting for darker blends, all behind Rocket's signature clean front panel. The insulated 1.8L copper boiler reduces energy consumption by around 15% over the original Appartamento and means significantly fewer and shorter cooling flushes than a traditional heat-exchanger machine.
