Built around a generous 2-litre heat-exchanger boiler and a full E61 group head, the BZ16 V adds the convenience of volumetric, programmable dosing through an easy-to-use touchpad — set your shot volumes once and repeat them at the touch of a button. Both share the same 2L HX boiler, E61 group, volumetric touchpad and stainless body. The difference is the pump and water supply: the BZ16 V uses a vibration pump fed from an internal tank — flexible, with no plumbing required. The BZ16 R uses a quieter rotary pump and is plumbed directly into a water line, suited to permanent or busier setups. Choose the V for tank-fed flexibility; choose the R for quiet, plumbed-in convenience. Not sure? Call us on (02) 9758 0760.
