Sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin, Antioquia, it features Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, grown at altitudes of 1300 to 1500 meters in volcanic loam soil. The coffee is fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect it from rain, resulting in a vibrant and flavorful cup.
