The size of the funnel is carefully calculated so that coffee and water have a contact at the most optimal time, ensuring equally optimal extraction of the coffee. We recommend that you always wet the filter and, thereby, preheat the funnel before use, and preferably use freshly roasted ground coffee. This product edition is made of durable porcelain and is suitable for brewing 200-600 ml of coffee at a time. Filters are sold separately.
