Decaf that doesn't drink like an afterthought. The processing holds onto more of the original flavour than most decaf methods, so you get juicy blueberry, smooth caramel and dark chocolate depth, the kind of definition that usually disappears when the caffeine does. A Colombian base with enough layers to be worth choosing on purpose rather than by default. The decaffeination happens at origin using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, a natural process that pulls the caffeine out gently and leaves the character of the coffee intact, which is why so much of the flavour survives.
