Tasting notes Mandarin · Lemon Verbena · Gardenia Oleo Saccharum · Peach · Honey A young, up and coming producer, Cornelio is doing at 28 what generally takes decades to hone — developing difficult cultivars at extreme altitudes, and processing them in complex (and delicious) ways. His crop has been pre-sold out for the last 2 years, so we're very excited to bring you this coffee. This particular lot is Gesha Inka, a Peruvian specialty originating from Cornelio's hometown of Inkawasi. Using a washed, twice fermented process, expect a silky, dense coffee absolutely covered in tangerines, honey, a bouquet of sweet florals, and a vibrant citrus acidity the whole way through.
The catalog often lists the same model at several merchants — worth a price check before you buy.
