Since 2022, Inmaculada Coffee Farms has implemented the Fellows Farms Project, a collaboration with farms in Huila and Cauca. This project aims to improve the lives of coffee growers and enhance their agronomic practices, resulting in exceptional coffees that maintain the distinctive quality of Inmaculada. Our Inmaculada Fellows is a blend of two staple cultivars in Colombia, Castillo and Pink Bourbon, known for their unique characteristics and excellent cup qualities, making it ideal for both filter and espresso coffee. Additionally, the project provides incentives to coffee growers for selecting excellent cherries, further enriching the quality of the coffee offered.
