Organically listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute and NSF-Certified for use on coffee equipment. Instructions: Step 1:Drain and rinse urn or brewer reservoir. Step 2:Pour in contents of packet. Step 3:Fill 1/4 to 1/2 full with very hot water. Step 4:Scrub sides of vessel with brush.
