Once the heart of the Inca Empire, this region is still home to people who deeply value their culture and traditions. At an elevation of 2,230 meters, Finca El Walwayoq sits at the foot of the Choquesafra Glacier. Here, coffee is grown in crisp mountain air, with dramatic temperature shifts and diverse microclimates. ãã¢ã€ãããã€ããã³ãŒã㌠ãã®èŸ²åãèªãããã§æ¬ ãããªãã®ããã¢ã³ãã¹ã«å€ãããæ ¹ä»ã ãã¢ã€ãïŒAyniïŒã ãšããæåã§ãã ããã¯ããäºãã«å©ãåããªããçãã ãšããèãæ¹ã åç©«æã«ã¯ã蟲åã®å£æ ¹ãè¶ ããŠå°åã®äººã ãæã貞ãåããäžç²äžç²ã®å®çãã§ãªãŒãäžå¯§ã«æã¿åã£ãŠãããŸãã One of the most important elements of this farm is the traditional Andean concept of âAyni.â It is a philosophy of mutual supportâhelping one another to live and work together. During harvest, rather than hiring outside labor, people from the community come together, carefully hand-picking each ripe cherry. There is a warmth in this coffee that comes not only from quality, but from the relationships behind it. ãŸã æ°ãããã ããããé¢çœãç£å° ãã«ãŒã®ã¹ãã·ã£ã«ãã£ã³ãŒããŒã¯ãè¿å¹Žå€§ããå質ã䌞ã°ããŠããç£å°ã§ãã ã€ã³ãã©ã®æŽåãé²ã¿ãæ ç±ããçç£è ãã¡ã®åãçµã¿ã«ãã£ãŠãäžçããã®æ³šç®ãé«ãŸã£ãŠããŸãã ãã®ãšã«ã»ã¯ã«ã¯ãšãã¯èŸ²åã§ããã²ã€ã·ã£ã®æ œå¹ãå§ããã®ã¯ã¯ããã6幎åã 蟲åäž»ã®Juanãããã詊è¡é¯èª€ãç¹°ãè¿ãå質ã磚ãç¶ãã Cup of Excellence 2025ã§8äœ ã«å ¥ãã»ã©ãçŽ æŽãããå質ã«ä»äžãã£ãŠããŸãã Peru is a relatively young origin in the world of specialty coffee, but in recent years, its quality has improved dramatically. It opens with elegant, jasmine-like aromatics characteristic of Geisha, layered with stone fruit notes reminiscent of peach, shaped by Peruâs terroir. A gentle, mandarin-like sweetness adds a soft and approachable finish. The texture is silky and smooth, with aromas that linger long after each sip. With every taste, the balance of aroma and flavor subtly shifts and evolves. This coffee captures a spectrum of flavorsâ delicate, layered, and ever-changing, much like the climate of Peru itself.
