About This Premium Brake Tool Kit: This brake caliper compression tool is crafted from heat-treated carbon steel, ensuring maximum strength & anti-deformation. The ergonomic handle features non-slip rubber padding for fatigue-free operation, protecting hands during prolonged brake pad spreader adjustments. 360° Rotating Ratchet: Compared with C-clamp, the professional caliper piston compressor design enables full 360° positioning with a single-handed swing. Easily switch between spreading / retracting modes via the flip lever-perfect for dual piston brake caliper compressor jobs without piston misalignment risks. Universal Disc Brake Compatibility: Includes 2 magnetic caliper piston tool plates (1.57"-2.75") to fit single/ twin/ quad piston calipers. Works on cars, trucks, SUVS-NOT for drum brakes. The caliper piston compressor tool parallel thrust mechanism evenly distributes force, preventing rotor damage. 2 Hooks 2 Bottles of Lubricating Oil: The hooks are used to hang your brake discs, preventing them from shaking when you repair the car alone. The two bottles of lubricating oil have the functions of preventing rust and abnormal noises. They should be applied to the back of the brake shoes. Please do not apply them to the contact surface of the brake pistons, as this may easily cause slipping. How to Use the: This brake piston compressor tool will only work when the two iron sheets are squeezed. 1. First, firmly grip the two iron sheets and pump the handle up/down to operate. 2. The switch in the middle of the iron sheets can be adjusted for expansion or compression. 3. After adjusting the tool to the appropriate size, place it at the caliper piston and shake it until the piston fully returns to its original position.
