Bright, bubbly notes of sparkling wine, floral jasmine tea, and a sweet, lemonade-like acidity shine through. This coffee is both elevated and accessible, making it perfect for coffee drinkers of all kinds. We really want to highlight the acidity of this coffee. By using a conical dripper and a 1:16 ratio, we accentuate the acidity and florality without losing sweetness.
