Roasted for espresso, but as filter, it's full-bodied with notes of berry fruit leather and rich black tea or perhaps a well-roasted oolong. Though it finishes with roast notes of toasted sugar, still present is an underlying florality that brings a darker coffee into balance. A great intro to specialty for the traditional and dark roast drinkers. As a traditional espresso, blackberry and cherry notes are present with a rich honey sweetness and cocoa body.
