It stands up well to the daily rigors of a coffee shop, including being run through a commercial dishwasher repeatedly. The big carafe has a maximum capacity of 600 mL. We recommend brewing a maximum of 400mL of coffee in this carafe. This little carafe has a maximum capacity of 400 mL. We recommend brewing a maximum of 300mL of coffee in this carafe.
