Medium roast decaf with tasting notes of tropical fruit and creamy citrus. This coffee is grown in Esmeralda, Mexico and is made up of Castillo, Catimor, and Typica varietals. These beans are soaked in Ethyl Acetate which bonds to the caffeine molecules and breaks them away from the beans. We roasted this coffee to a medium end temperature to bring out notes of tropical fruit and a creamy body.
