The Chemex is our preferred brew method at Red Rooster Coffee Roaster because it allows us to quickly and easily brew up enough for 2 or 3 people. Made simply from non-porous glass, it brews coffee without imparting any flavors of its own. On permanent display at MOMA NY and other fine museums, it is truly a work of art. The Chemex Coffeemaker has remained unchanged for 70 years and is still manufactured at company headquarters in Western Massachusetts. Filters sold separately.
