Grown in the volcanic highlands of Lam Dong, Vietnam, Sacred Lotus reflects the quiet depth of its origin. Nourished by rich mountain volcanic soil and higher elevation, these carefully cultivated cherries are washed and sun-dried before a final gentle finish, preserving the region’s signature clarity and balance. Because of the jade color and the appearance of the green beans, this region is referred to as the Jade Mountain and is one of the highest quality coffees in Vietnam. In the cup, expect soft floral aromatics reminiscent of Earl Grey tea leaves, bright lemon zest, and a grounding finish of tobacco and dark chocolate. A smooth medium roast highlights both elegance and structure, offering a refined expression of Vietnam’s single origin emerging specialty coffee landscape.
