Sun-dried perfection from the Andes. Our Peru single-origin coffee is a celebration of cooperative craftsmanship at its finest. Grown by the farmers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in the high-altitude regions of Piura and Amazonas — between 1,100 and 1,700 meters above sea level — these Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor variety beans are gully washed and dried under the Peruvian sun, drawing out every layer of natural sweetness. The result is a beautifully balanced medium roast with a silky, indulgent tasting profile of salted caramel, a gentle citrus brightness, and a smooth, sweet finish. Sophisticated yet approachable — it's a cup that rewards every sip. Available in Whole Bean, Coarse, Drip, and Espresso grind — in sizes from 12oz to 5 LB.
