Coffee grinder drip tray for the Eureka Mignon Specialita that catches stray grounds and drips right under the spout. The deep walled basin sits flush against the grinder base and contains chaff, retention puffs, and the bit of espresso that falls during dosing into a portafilter or dosing cup. It lifts straight out for a quick rinse and hand wash, so the coffee bar stays tidy between shots and there are no scattered grounds to wipe off the counter. Sized to match the grinder footprint so it tucks neatly against the base for home baristas and busy espresso stations alike.
