Notes of DATE, GREEN APPLE & RAISIN Pearl Cold Brew is the lightest in body, with a delicate sweetness and tea like body - super easy to drink. Our recommended brew ratio is 100g very coarse ground coffee to 1000ml cold filtered water brewed for a minimum of 8 hours - 14hrs. After this time remove the grounds and store in the fridge.
