This particular lot was naturally processed and dried on raised beds before it was selected by Royal to undergo Swiss Water processing in Canada. This particular processing method ensures that most of the inherent flavor qualities of the coffee are well maintained. Dilworth Decaf is a blend of three Royal Select Decaf Single-Origins. Royal Coffee Importers have been working with Descamex in Veracruz for several years to create Royal Select Decaf. Descamex has developed a non-contact water process, which returns the beans in such good shape that they retain the full body and richness of non-decaf coffee. Our Dilworth blend is roasted medium-dark with notes of stone fruit. It is well-balanced with a smooth body.
