Introducing Châu Coffee's first ever espresso blend! This blend comes from two farms in the Lâm Đồng province of Vietnam, where some of the country's highest quality Arabica and Robusta are grown, harvested, and produced. Like every well-run fast break, you need good court balance - someone running the point in the middle, someone filling in the wings, and a strong finisher to complete the break at the rim. The Vietnamese Arabica we used is a great steady base that provides tasting notes of warm spices and florality to the shot, while the Robusta packs the strong cacao punch and mouthfeel that provides the oomph needed in an espresso. Great as a stand-alone shot of espresso, or in any milk-based drinks like a macchiato, cortado, cappuccino or latte! Recommended brew method: Espresso Tasting Notes: Warm spices, cacao, hint of white tea
