About This Built in Dual Springs: The hand tamper has a simple internal structure, which distinguishes it from other three/four spring constant pressure tampers. It can provide freer tamping pressure and create coffee with a more diverse flavor according to the mood, bean state, grinding degree, etc. of the day. Very suitable for busy cafe to improve production efficiency.（*To ensure the stability of the internal structure, it is not recommended to disassemble the tamper） Automatic Reset: The reset spring inside the spring loaded tamper allows it to automatically rebound and reset after tamping, without the need for manual reset or adjustment. Reduce the uneven compaction effect caused by uneven strength、hand fatigue or negligence of novice coffee lovers. Horizontal Press: The internal horizontal spring coupled with the positioning ring can help the self leveling tamper to be perpendicular to the coffee puck during tamping, so that there will be no tilting of the press resulting in one side of the powder being pressed tightly and the other side being pressed loosely, which reduces the channel effect and allows for a more stable extraction. Suitable for Milk Coffee / Americano: The tamper tool adopts 58.35mm ripple base, which increases the contact area of water and coffee, so that the aromatic substances in the coffee can be extracted more, and get a cup of espresso with richer flavor compared to the flat-base. Safe and Durable: The CD series espresso machine tampers adopts an aluminum alloy press handle and food grade SUS304 stainless steel base, without coating, protecting your health; Compared with solid wood handles,it has a longer service life and recyclability.
