It’s also a great joy to announce the launch of our INTRODUCTION TO COFFEE workshop, led by our founder, Alfredo ESCOBAR. Seats per workshop: 6 The workshops take place in the artistic space of THE MUISCA, located at 8 rue d'Ormesson, 75004 Paris. Duration: One hour. During the workshop, we will explore: An overview of all coffee-producing regions in Colombia and their unique characteristics A quick introduction to specialty coffee The process of preparing green coffee Drying methods Transportation Storage Coffee roasting Different brewing methods Followed by a tasting of Colombian coffee.
