Medium Roast. This high altitude coffee comes from the western Sierra Madre region with very mild lactic acidity. It is full-bodied with notes of caramel, walnuts, dried plum, and vanilla bean, creating a very complex cup of coffee with a pleasant lingering in the mouth.
