It's factory pre-cut and chrome-plated, with a chrome-plated brass body similar to earlier OEM portafilters (though it doesn't carry the embossed lion of a genuine OEM La Marzocco handle). It's compatible with 58mm baskets, so your existing La Marzocco single basket will drop right in, and it includes an Espresso Parts HQ triple portafilter basket.
