Roberto is committed to both organic farming and community support. Seasonal pickers, often indigenous families from Panama, are provided housing and medical care during harvest. Over 100 full-time jobs are supported for local neighbors, and the estate runs a dried fruit operation year-round. Each year, school supplies are distributed to employees’ children, and an annual celebration recognizes all staff contributions.
