This is my afternoon/evening coffee (yes, I drink decaf). If you’re watching caffeine, it pairs well with Project Blend or Almost French for a smooth 50/50. It’s hard to get too fired up about decaffeinated coffee, but this medium-roast mountain-water-process decaf is sweet enough you won’t believe it’s decaf. The cup: mild and smooth, with citric acidity.
