Tasting notes: Mango, Papaya, Sparkling Kii is a vibrant washed coffee from Kirinyaga, Kenya, grown by smallholder farmers at 1,600–1,900 metres near the foothills of Mount Kenya. The combination of rich volcanic soil, high elevation, and classic SL-28 and SL-34 varieties creates an exceptionally bright and expressive cup. Expect juicy mango and papaya flavours supported by sparkling acidity and lively sweetness. Pilot roasts Kii to its lightest medium profile. It is especially expressive as a pour-over, where its tropical fruit character and crisp, energetic finish can fully develop.
