A Colombian single origin from Huila with tasting notes of brown sugar, cherry, and pecan. The brown sugar sweetness is clean and present, the cherry is darker and more concentrated than bright, and the pecan adds a buttery, nutty base that rounds out the cup. This is a well-balanced coffee that doesn't lean too hard in any one direction. Sweet, fruity, and grounded. Works well for morning brewing and pairs nicely with pour-over or drip methods.
