Our current barrel aged offering has been aged 14 days in a freshly emptied cask strength (126 proof) whiskey barrel (American Oak #1 heavy char) from a local distillery. This coffee is roasted to Full City + and has strong notes of oak, vanilla, and chocolate. **Our barrel offerings are limited releases. Each barrel and batch will vary as we introduce different beans with different types of barrels** **If selecting the grind option instead of whole bean, orders will ship after 48 hours to allow the coffee to de-gas after roasting.**
