We roast this blend to a medium color to add a subtle sharpness, for those mornings when you need a great coffee to get your day going. This blend is sweet with notes of orange chocolate at the front end of the cup. Sweet and subtle fruit notes of red grape appear in the middle of the cup and then continues with sweet notes of honey and chocolate into the finish. Roast Color: Medium Cupping Notes: Red Grape, Orange Chocolate, Honey Story: After three years of working in the coffee business, Mark was getting more involved in the product side, and he was really excited to create his first blend. Mark prefers the flavor profile of lighter roasts, and he felt that a medium-roasted morning coffee would be a welcome addition to our menu. Blending was harder than Mark expected, but after lots of experimentation and cupping, he came up with this great blend. The sweetness and richness of Breakfast Blend, paired with the sharpness and higher caffeine content of a medium-roast, makes for a wonderful morning coffee. It is great with a little milk. Some of our customers even use it for espresso.
