Kenya is well renowned for its small-scale producers of coffee with about 70% of its coffee production being produced by them. Some say Kenya coffee is the best there is and the country has a rich legacy of producing incredible coffees. This coffee comes from the high plateaus around Mt. Kenya and is grown at a mile high in elevation. It is a blend of green beans from many small producers in the region. Like many other origins, all coffees in Kenya come with a grade, and AA is the highest grade based on the screen size and density of the bean.
