Double Stop Funk started as a seasonal experiment and stuck around because it works. It's a medium/dark blend of three origins: Sumatra anchors it with earthy, low-end depth, Guatemala adds structure and warmth, and an anaerobic Colombian brings unapologetic fruit that you don't expect from a blend this dark. The result is a cup with tension and complexity, bold enough to hold up with milk, surprising enough to drink black. If you grind it fresh, the fruit hits harder than you'd think. Roasted to order.
