SCAA 84 Points Light to Medium Body / Mild Acidity Balanced, floral cup with notes of red fruits and a citrus finish Coffee from Papa New Guinea is starting make a name for itself amongst coffee aficionados. Before it was criticized for the inconsistency between harvests as much of the coffee is grown in individual families gardens using different means and techniques. The result was a wildly varying coffee. Many farms / coops made the wise choice to hone in their processes and this coffee is no exception. It has a PSC (Premium Smallholder Coffee) grade which showcases its beans uniformity and consistency. The coffee comes from the eastern highlands of Goroka and is well balanced with notes of red fruits.
