Flavor Profile: Dried Fruit | Piloncillo | Cocoa Piedras Negras is a medium-dark roasted blend of washed Colombian and natural Ethiopian coffees. Both of these components come together to build a decadent, full-bodied, yet versatile coffee that can be enjoyed as drip, cold brew or be an excellent base for any espresso drink. Named after my late mother's hometown, Piedras Negras translates to "Black Stones", a fitting name for our first dark roast! I hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
