Described as dry and winey like a burgundy this coffee is considered one of the top 5 in the world. Before any coffee is exported it has to undergo testing by the coffee Board of Kenya. These beans are purchased through mills at the Nairobi auctions. Kenya is sold by lots at auction and is graded either AA or AB with AA being the highest. Recently more difficult to source over the years unless willing to pay premium prices we have it! It's medium roasted with a good amount of acidity and snap.
